You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging.
To help us serve you better, we kindly ask for a video of the unboxing in case of any issue or damage.
Returns not meeting these conditions may be denied
Once we receive and check your returned parcel, your refund will be processed.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to your bank account.
Refunds are usually completed within 10 business days after we receive your return.
